All Siamo Noi products are covered by a limited time warranty. This warranty covers all items and their parts against damage or failure caused by factory defects. Damage by wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.

For issues related to factory defects, we will replace your purchase at no cost after an initial assessment. Please send us proof of the issue (photos) with a brief description of the defect and the purchase information to: siamonoi.web@gmail.com.

This warranty only covers orders made through siamonoiconcept.com. Please always keep your invoice. Siamo Noi warranty against manufacturing defects is available for 1 year after the date of purchase.

All Siamo Noi products requires certain care to protect and to maintain its proper operation. Be aware that unnecessary damage occurs from improper use of your accessory. Those damages are not considered factory issues and will not be replaced. 

Depending on the limited series of your accessory, it may be difficult to replace it with the exact same one. We will do our best, but keep in mind that these are limited editions.
